Right to retract

You have a period of 14 clear days to return the order from the receipt of your order by package or the provision of it to the third party of your choice.

During this period, you will have to send an email via Claire@zakkids.fr, expressing your desire to withdraw. The right of withdrawal is excluded for personalized products for obvious reasons.

A package re -expressed by the carrier once the waiting period is expired, without having been received by the customer cannot be assimilated to a parcel reception.

The returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging, to allow their subsequent marketing. Any item not respecting these characteristics will be reimbursed or exchanged.

You can send us your items in a package, at your expense, accompanied by the duly filled delivery slip, in the original packaging, in order to be reimbursed.

Upon receipt of your package at the head office (Zakkids - 39 Impasse des Genêts - 40230 Benesse Maremne), and provided that the items returned are free from any unpacking or use, you will be reimbursed for your purchase within 15 working days.

In the event of partial return of the products ordered or error on the delivery address of your fact, the initial delivery costs will not be reimbursed.

In the event of a defect or criminal on one of your articles delivered, we first present you all our apologies! I give great care to my creations but I am not a machine and sometimes there can be an error. If this is the case I would offer you a replacement solution.

In the event of a problem therefore, or delivery error on our part, you have 48 hours after the delivery date to send us a message on: clear@zakkids.fr.

We will advise to offer you a replacement solution as quickly as possible, and organize the return of the product at our expense!

The return costs are borne by the buyer.In the event of loss or deterioration of the returned package, we will not be able to reimburse the order and the buyer must make a complaint directly from his carrier.

Furthermore, and in accordance with the laws in force, the articles sold will not be taken up or exchanged (excluding compliance problem).

 

Back for "gift" orders:
"Gifts" orders designate any order addressed to a different recipient from the sender.
In the case of a return of "gift" order by its recipient, the procedure remains the same as above, except that no refund can be sent to the recipient; A voucher of the value of the returned product (excluding shipping costs, excluding gift packaging) is then issued after receipt of the items in return and after control. This good is sent by email to the contact address, in the form of code valid for 2 months on the site www.zakkids.fr.
This good is nominative and cannot be transmitted.

If, on the other hand, you are the sender of the gift that set up a complaint, the refund will be made on your original payment method.

The return costs remain the responsibility of the person who returns the items.
